Which Way Is Up?
Holding onto truth when the world has lost its way
An 8-week live training for women
Tuesday September 15th, -November 03rd, 2026th.
with Wendy Peter, Director of Women on the Frontlines
Special guest for Week 8: Dr. Rob Covell, Provost of Wagner University
The ground keeps shifting.
What used to be obvious is now argued. What used to be sacred is now mocked. Many Christian women feel the pressure to stay quiet, pick a political team, or fight it out in the comments.
You do not have to do any of those.
Which Way Is Up? is an 8-week live series for women who want a clear plumb line: Scripture first, then a steady voice, then a way to love people without surrendering the truth.
Join Wendy Peter for live teaching and small-group discussion. In Week 8, Dr. Rob Covell of Wagner University will join us for a special session on how to interpret the Bible and apply it in the world we are living in now.
$125
Free for WOFL Arise Academy members.
Two live time slots. Small-group discussion. Replays if you miss a week.
This series is for you if you:
Feel disoriented by culture and want a biblical way to think, not just a louder opinion
Want to use your voice without becoming harsh, partisan, or silent
Love people whose lives look nothing like yours and do not know how to walk with them well
Are tired of the family being rewritten and want Scripture, not trends, to set the pattern
Want to serve your community under God’s direction, not just complain about it
What you will walk away with
A clear hierarchy of authority: what God says, what culture says, and what you say
A way to speak that brings clarity rather than conflict.
Biblical grounding for marriage, purity, children, and family pressure—including navigating the “no contact” trend
A path for prayer, guidance, and civic engagement that actually builds something
A posture of love that has backbone
Tools for opposition, so hurt does not harden into rage
Eyes for what God is reforming in the Church—and your place in the next season
How it works
8 live weekly sessions
Two time slots (choose the one that fits)
Small-group discussion each week

Week 8 special guest: Dr. Rob Covell
The 8 weeks
Week 1 — A Plumb Line for Truth
Where does authority come from? We look at Scripture as the standard: how the Bible was recognized as canon, why that still matters, and how to navigate a world where your culture, loved ones, and God’s Word do not agree.
Week 2 — Find Your Voice (Without Losing Your Soul)
You do not have to argue online or pick a political side to have a Christian witness. Learn how to find your voice, and how and when to use it and speak with clarity, courage, and self-control;
Week 3 — The Family God Named
What Scripture actually says about marriage, purity, and children—and how to respond when culture rewrites the home. Includes the growing “no contact” trend and how to navigate it with wisdom and truth.
Week 4 — Arise and Build
Move from paralysis to strategy. Learn how God wants to transform your community through intercession, divine guidance, and even civic engagement.
Week 5 — Love Looks Like Something
How to engage in love with people whose lifestyles and values are far from yours without pretending, panicking, or pulling away.
Week 6 — When Opposition Comes
Persecution and pushback are not only “out there.” Under anger is hurt. Learn how to stand, stay soft, and not be ruled by either one.
Week 7 — Reformation and the Next Season
God is not only defending the Church. He is reforming it. See the shift underway and how to step into what He is asking of you next.
Week 8 — Reading the Bible for This Hour
Special guest: Dr. Rob Covell, Provost of Wagner University
How to interpret Scripture faithfully and apply it to the world we are living in now.
